How to File complaint with TSRERA

Steps to File a Complaint with TGRERA:

• Visit Official Portal: Go to the official RERA Telangana website.

• Register/Login: Navigate to the "Complaint" section and select "New Complainant Registration" to create a user ID and password.

• Fill Complaint Details: Under "Make a Complaint," enter the necessary details, including the complainant's name, project details, and the nature of the complaint (e.g., delayed possession, illegal construction).

• Upload Documents: Submit supporting documents, such as agreements, payment receipts, and brochures, in the specified format.

• Pay Fee: Pay the required filing fee as per TGRERA regulations.

• Submit and Track: Submit the form, note the complaint ID, and track the status online.
